Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager, based in Raxaul. The Relationship Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, assess their financial needs, and offer tailored lending solutions for their businesses. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting financial assessments, ensuring timely loan disbursements, and providing exceptional service to clients. The individual will also work closely with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and achieve business targets.
Qualifications
- Strong relationship management and client interaction skills
- Proficiency in financial assessment and ability to recommend customized solutions
- Experience in loan processes, disbursement procedures, and compliance with financial regulations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of micro-enterprise financial needs and challenges is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Prior experience in a similar role within the financial services sector is advantageous
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment and meet performance targets
