Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Thane. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for identifying customer needs, building strong client relationships, and providing tailored life insurance solutions. Daily tasks will include engaging with prospective and existing clients, explaining insurance products, conducting regular follow-ups, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves meeting sales targets and collaborating with different distribution channels to expand client reach and services.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of life insurance products and financial planning solutions
- Sales and marketing experience, especially in the financial or insurance sector
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess customer needs and propose suitable solutions
- Proficiency in tools and software used for client relationship management and reporting
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving results
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline; specialization in finance, business, or related fields is a plus
- Previous experience in the life insurance or financial services industry is preferred
