Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Lucknow. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include client meetings, cross-selling insurance products, achieving sales targets, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering a quality service experience. The role also involves collaboration with internal teams and third-party distribution partners to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency in sales, negotiation, and cross-selling techniques
- Customer service and client management experience
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying customer needs
- Knowledge of insurance and financial products is an added advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in client-facing roles in the financial or insurance sector is preferred
- Proficiency in basic computer applications
