Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position located in Indore for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their financial requirements, and providing tailored banking solutions. Day-to-day tasks will include maintaining and growing a portfolio of clients, identifying sales opportunities, cross-selling banking products, and ensuring superior customer satisfaction. The role also entails conducting regular follow-ups and ensuring compliance with banking regulations and policies.
Qualifications
- Skills in Client Relationship Management, Customer Engagement, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
- Sales and Business Development skills, including identifying opportunities, cross-selling, and achieving sales targets.
- Knowledge of Banking Products and Financial Services relevant to corporate, SME, and retail clients.
- Strong Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving skills to understand and meet customers' financial needs.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Educational background in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in banking, financial services, or a similar client-facing role is an advantage.
