Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Relationship Manager for an on-site, full-time role based in Lucknow. The primary responsibilities include managing a portfolio of clients, building strong customer relationships, and identifying opportunities to cross-sell banking products and services. The Relationship Manager will analyze financial requirements, recommend appropriate solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves deepening and broadening client relationships, ensuring customer retention, and achieving designated business growth targets.
Qualifications
- Strong relationship management and communication skills for building trust with existing and potential customers
- Understanding of banking financial products, investment strategies, and customer-centric sales practices
- Proficiency in analyzing client needs, creating financial solutions, and cross-selling various products
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with the ability to handle queries and concerns efficiently
- Relevant academic qualifications, such as a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in banking, financial services, or a sales-related role is highly beneficial
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and proficiency in using banking software and tools
- Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and achieving business objectives
