Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Haridwar. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with customers, identifying their financial needs, and recommending suitable banking products and services. Key day-to-day tasks include providing financial advice, resolving issues, achieving sales targets, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves monitoring accounts, maintaining compliance with banking regulations, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Strong relationship management, networking, and customer service skills
- Understanding of banking products and services, including loans, deposits, and insurance
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Analytical skills to assess financial needs and make sound recommendations
- Proficiency in managing customer portfolios and achieving sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry is preferable
- Knowledge of local market conditions and customers in Haridwar is an advantage
