Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager, located in Mumbai. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing corporate client relationships, identifying client insurance needs, providing expert advice, and recommending suitable insurance plans. The daily tasks include corporate client acquisition, consultations, policy management, coordinating with insurance providers, and ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional service. The role also involves handling client queries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including client consultation and relationship management
- Knowledge of insurance products and services, with the ability to provide expert advice and recommendations
- Proficiency in policy management and coordination with insurance providers
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve client issues efficiently
- Attention to detail and the capability to maintain accurate records
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
