Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Ahmedabad. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, managing customer accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key tasks include identifying client needs, offering financial products and services, achieving business targets, resolving client queries, and maintaining compliance with banking regulations. This role demands collaboration with internal teams and consistent monitoring of client requirements to ensure long-term success and relationship growth.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of customer needs analysis, account management, and client servicing
- Understanding of financial products, services, and banking regulations
- Proven ability to meet and exceed business targets and sales goals
- Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple clients
- Proficiency in financial systems and tools; strong analytical skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in a banking or financial services role is a plus
