Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Bengaluru. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals, and providing customized wealth management solutions. The role requires regular client interactions, portfolio reviews, market trend analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet clients’ financial aspirations. Additional responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, and adhering to regulatory and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills, relationship building, and client engagement capabilities
- Proficiency in financial planning, investment advisory, and wealth management strategies
- Analytical skills for market analysis, risk assessment, and portfolio management
- Verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a concise manner
- Understanding of regulatory landscapes and compliance protocols in financial services
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; a Master’s degree or certifications such as CFA/CFP are a plus
- Proven experience in wealth management, financial advisory, or related roles
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
