Job details:
Company Description Atom Financial Services Group is a strategic wealth management firm that serves clients across the full spectrum of wealth, from its creation to its preservation over generations. The company integrates five core disciplines—wealth, capital, insurance, legacy, and investments—into a single, cohesive approach, avoiding siloes and blind spots in clients’ financial lives. Atom positions itself as a thinking partner, supporting clients who are building their success as well as those reassessing their legacy and next steps. The firm focuses on delivering clear, confident answers rather than just options, helping clients establish a strong financial foundation that can endure. Team members join a culture dedicated to connecting complex financial dots with insight and precision.
Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for managing and deepening client relationships across Atom’s wealth, capital, insurance, legacy, and investment solutions. The role involves serving as a primary point of contact for clients, understanding their goals, and coordinating tailored strategies in collaboration with internal specialists. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client meetings, reviewing portfolios and plans, responding to client inquiries, and proactively identifying new opportunities to strengthen the client’s overall financial position. The Relationship Manager will maintain accurate records in CRM systems, prepare reports and presentations, and ensure timely follow-up on all client actions. This role also requires close alignment with compliance and operations teams to support seamless service delivery and uphold regulatory standards.
