Role Description
The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The individual will act as the primary point of contact, building and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth clients. The role involves identifying client needs, providing tailored financial solutions, and coordinating across Atom’s multidisciplinary teams to deliver seamless service. Responsibilities include managing client portfolios, ensuring alignment with financial objectives, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction through proactive communication and support.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, customer relationship, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in financial planning, asset management, and knowledge of investment banking principles
- Experience in risk assessment and estate management
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Relevant qualifications, such as a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Specific certifications such as CFP, CFA, or equivalent are highly desirable
- Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and families, preferred
