Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Relationship Manager based in Bengaluru. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for fostering client relationships, understanding client requirements, offering data-driven property solutions, and facilitating end-to-end real estate transactions. The role entails coordinating with banks, legal advisors, and property developers to ensure a seamless experience for the client. Additionally, the Relationship Manager will provide market insights, ethical advice on investments, and support clients throughout their property journey.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, relationship management, and client support skills
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and expertise in investment strategies
- Proficiency in effective communication, negotiation, and sales
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders such as developers, banks, and legal advisors
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to provide data-driven insights
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or relevant field is preferred
- Proven experience in real estate or a sales-focused role is an advantage
