Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Relationship Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing tailored real estate advice, understanding specific client needs, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders such as developers and financial institutions. You will manage the property acquisition process, ensure adherence to compliance standards, and deliver an exceptional customer experience through effective communication and personalized support.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in client relationship management and customer servicing
- Knowledge of real estate markets, trends, and regulatory frameworks
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to collaborate with legal and financial teams for documentation and loan coordination
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and client satisfaction
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
- Previous experience in real estate or a sales-oriented role is beneficial
- Local language proficiency is a plus
