Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Kolkata for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with retail clients, understanding their financial goals, and providing tailored solutions. Responsibilities include client onboarding, advising on investment opportunities, achieving sales targets, and addressing customer queries. The role requires regular interaction with clients and coordination with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and market trends
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, along with problem-solving skills
- Experience in sales and business development is an advantage
- Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Prior experience in the financial services or retail investment sector is desirable
