About the role - The Relationship Manager will be responsible for acquiring and managing client relationships while promoting organisation’s fintech solutions, including ERP, lending services, advance salary, and CASA products. The role focuses on driving sales, understanding client needs, and working with internal teams to deliver tailored financial solutions that support business growth.
Location - Bengaluru
Language knowledge of Kannada is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
2. Promote the company’s ERP, Loans, Advance salary and CASA offerings to potential clients.
3. Develop sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.
4. Work closely with cross-functional teams to customize solutions as per client needs.
5. Product Consultation & Solution Selling Conduct product demos and presentations for potential and existing clients.
6. Address client queries and concerns, providing expert guidance on our offerings. Market Research & Competitive Analysis
Key Skills & Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 2–3 years of experience in fintech, banking, NBFC, or financial services sales.
3. Knowledge of ERP, Lending Service Providers (LSP), and CASA products is a plus.
4. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple client relationships and drive revenue growth.
6. Understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
