🎯 Role Overview
We are looking for dynamic and relationship-driven professionals to manage B2C clients and B2B partners. If you enjoy building relationships, understanding financial markets, and driving business growth — this role is for you.
💼 Key Responsibilities📈 B2C Relationship Management
• Acquire new retail clients for equity trading and investment products
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable financial solutions (Equity, F&O, Mutual Funds, SIPs, etc.)
• Assist clients with account opening, KYC, and activation
• Provide regular follow-ups, portfolio reviews, and service support
• Achieve monthly sales and activation targets
🤝 B2B Relationship Management
• Identify, onboard, and manage sub-brokers, franchisees, and channel partners
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with partners
• Drive business growth through partner engagement and support
• Train partners on products, compliance, and operational processes
• Monitor partner performance and identify growth opportunities
✅ Requirements
• Graduate in any stream (Commerce/Finance preferred)
• Passion for financial markets and relationship building
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in B2C/B2B financial sales is preferred
• Freshers with strong communication and learning attitude are welcome
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
