Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager, based in the Greater Hyderabad Area. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, managing customer accounts and identifying opportunities to promote Ankidyne's educational and recreational solutions. Key responsibilities include understanding client needs, providing tailored recommendations, addressing concerns and ensuring client satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with internal teams to meet client goals and contributing to targets for business growth and development.
Qualifications
- Relationship Management and Customer Service skills, including excellent interpersonal communication and a client-focused approach
- Sales and Negotiation skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals successfully
- Proficiency in Verbal and Written Communication, along with presentation skills to effectively promote company offerings
- Organizational and Time Management skills for efficiently handling multiple accounts and meeting deadlines
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making skills to address client concerns and resolve challenges promptly
- Previous experience in the education sector or recreation industry is a plus
- Proficiency in tools such as CRM systems or Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field
- Willingness to work on-site in the Greater Hyderabad Area and flexibility to travel as needed
