Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Thane, offering flexibility for some work-from-home opportunities. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs and recommending suitable loan products. Your daily tasks will involve advising clients, managing loan inquiries, nurturing existing relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will contribute to business growth through effective client engagement and market strategy implementation.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills to address client inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- Basic understanding of financial products, services, and market trends
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software for reporting and client management
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Experience in sales, business development, or the financial sector is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
