Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Kolkata. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored investment solutions. The role includes managing client portfolios, developing investment strategies, conducting client meetings, resolving queries, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will work collaboratively with internal teams to maintain service excellence and assist in achieving overall business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in client portfolio management, financial planning, and investment strategies
- Solid understanding of investment concepts, financial products, and market trends
- Ability to analyze client needs, provide personalized solutions, and achieve client satisfaction
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client service in financial services is beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., CFP, NISM) are an advantage
- Proficiency in using financial tools, digital trading platforms, and CRM systems
