Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role located in Malappuram. The Relationship Manager will focus on building and maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing and resolving customer queries, identifying client needs, enhancing customer retention, and promoting company offerings. The individual will also support sales and service teams to enhance customer experiences and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills, with the ability to address customer needs effectively.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for engaging with clients and resolving inquiries.
- Customer service experience in the automotive or related industry is a plus.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills to manage client accounts and improve customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work on-site and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in local languages and knowledge of the regional automotive market is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
