Hiring: Relationship Manager – Credit Life Channel (Amritsar)

Experience: 1–5 years in BFSI, Life Insurance, Banking, NBFC, or Sales, freshers can also apply.
Education: Graduate (Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities
* Drive Credit Life Insurance business through assigned bank/NBFC branches.
* Build strong relationships with branch managers and loan officers.
* Generate insurance business from loan customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
* Conduct customer meetings, explain product benefits, and ensure need-based selling.
* Ensure timely policy issuance and maintain complete documentation.
* Train and motivate branch staff to increase insurance penetration.
* Maintain high compliance and customer service standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
* Experience in Life Insurance, Credit Life, Bancassurance, or Financial Services will be preferred.
* Strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills.
* Target-oriented with willingness to travel locally.
* Good knowledge of MS Office
