Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role located in Jalandhar. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining and improving client relationships by proactively engaging with customers, understanding their insurance and financial needs, and providing suitable product recommendations. Other tasks include achieving sales targets, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery, preparing regular performance reports, and staying updated on industry trends and company offerings. The role requires effective communication and customer-centric solutions to drive business growth and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Relationship Management, Client Interaction, and Customer Engagement
- Skills in Sales, Business Development, and achieving financial targets
- Ability to explain financial products and provide tailored recommendations
- Strong verbal and written communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
- Understanding of the insurance industry and financial products is an advantage
- Excellent problem-solving, presentation, and analytical skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field
