Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Relationship Manager based in Bengaluru North. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and recommending suitable life insurance products. Key tasks include customer acquisition, retention, and providing exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction. The role involves meeting sales targets, maintaining client records, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and policy servicing.

- Proficiency in Sales, Business Development, and Target Achievement
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify client needs and offer suitable financial solutions
- Basic understanding of life insurance products and financial planning
- Proven ability to work in a goal-oriented and team-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the insurance or financial services sector is desirable
- Proficient in using CRM tools and basic MS Office applications
