Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Coimbatore. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding client needs, and providing solutions to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key responsibilities include engaging with clients, addressing inquiries, promoting products and services, and identifying new business opportunities. The role also involves staying updated on product offerings and market trends to provide informed guidance to customers.


Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to manage client relationships and identify customer needs
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving customer issues
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and familiarity with basic computer applications
  • Experience in the automotive or service industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.


Salary: 20000- 25000 (plus attractive incentives)

Location: Sathy Road Ganapathy (Coimbatore)
