Role Description
This is an on-site full-time role for a Relationship Manager based in the Greater Jaipur Area. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers to offer housing finance solutions tailored to their needs. Day-to-day tasks will include identifying potential clients, assessing their financial requirements, conducting credit appraisals, and ensuring timely loan disbursements. The role also requires the individual to address customer queries, support them throughout the home loan process, and manage client portfolios efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management and client service
- Experience with financial planning, loan assessment, and credit appraisal
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze financial documents and understand credit risk
- Proficiency in local language and familiarity with regional market dynamics
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in housing finance, banking, or financial services is preferred
- Driven and customer-oriented with a commitment to achieving sales targets
