Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Hapur. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, assisting them in securing home finance solutions, and ensuring a seamless loan application process. Day-to-day tasks include client interaction, understanding client needs, analyzing financial documents, and advising on financial products and services. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams, ensuring compliance with company policies, and contributing to achieving business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong relationship management and customer engagement skills
- Understanding of financial products, loan processes, and housing finance
- Ability to assess and analyze financial documentation and customer requirements
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience in sales or financial services, particularly in housing finance, is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
