Role Description
The Relationship Manager for Aspire Banking will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with individual customers while driving and achieving business targets in the Aspire Banking division. Key responsibilities include client acquisition, wealth management advisory, promoting and cross-selling banking products, and ensuring a superior customer experience. Additional efforts will focus on attaining revenue growth and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. This is a full-time, on-site role, based in Hyderabad.
Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management and customer service skills
- Understanding of Aspire Banking products, wealth management, and retail banking services
- Sales acumen and experience achieving sales or revenue targets
- Knowledge of financial services, market trends, and regulatory guidelines
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer applications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
- Prior experience in banking or financial sectors is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while maintaining client satisfaction
