Role Description
Cretekala Studio Private Limited is seeking a full-time Relationship Manager - Architects/Interior Designer to join our team on-site in Nashik. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with architects and interior designers, understanding their project needs, and proposing tailored concrete design solutions. The Relationship Manager will also actively identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage client communications, and work closely with other internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proven experience in business development, client management, or sales, preferably in the design or construction industry.
- Understanding of architects' and interior designers' requirements to align solutions with their needs.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and client interactions efficiently.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms for project management or client communications is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of project deliverables.
- Knowledge of decorative concrete products or experience in the civil engineering field is an added advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Design, or a related field is preferred.
