Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager and Sales Executive based in Bengaluru South. Key responsibilities include managing client relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored real estate solutions. You will closely collaborate with property owners, tenants, and buyers, guiding them through the process while meeting sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional duties include addressing client concerns, promoting NoBroker.com services, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market in Bengaluru.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster client relationships and offer exceptional service.
- Experience in sales, negotiation, and lead generation.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide customized solutions.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market and trends.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working both independently and in collaboration with a team.
- Proficiency in using technology platforms; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in real estate, sales, or customer servicing is advantageous but not mandatory.
