Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager - Agency, based in Bardhaman(West Bengal). The Relationship Manager will focus on building and managing strong relationships with agency partners to drive business growth. The role encompasses onboarding and training agency partners, tracking sales performance, and providing constant support to ensure awareness of products and services. Additionally, the Relationship Manager will assist in implementing sales strategies, achieving targets, and ensuring compliance with company standards and protocols.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in insurance or financial services
- Knowledge of market trends and customer needs in the insurance sector
- Proficiency in planning, reporting, and leveraging data to monitor progress and set achievable sales goals
- Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- Experience in agency management or related areas within the insurance industry is a significant advantage
- Familiarity with the local market and customer base in Ongole is preferred
