Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager – Working Capital based in Rameswaram. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of clients with working capital needs. Key activities include building and nurturing client relationships, identifying financial and banking requirements, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves credit assessment, ensuring compliance with internal policies and guidelines, and contributing to business growth through cross-selling other financial products offered by the bank.
Qualifications
- Strong relationship management and client servicing skills with a focus on understanding and addressing customer needs.
- Expertise in financial analysis, credit assessment, and developing customized working capital solutions for businesses.
- Knowledge of banking products, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and building long-term partnerships.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and good organizational abilities.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and contribute to business growth through cross-selling.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in relationship management or a similar role within the banking or financial services sector is beneficial.
