Hiring: Relationship Manager – SME
We are looking for a dynamic Relationship Manager (RM) with experience in the Banking/NBFC sector to join our growing team in Indore, MP.
💼 Role Overview
If you have a strong background in loan products and enjoy building client relationships while driving business growth, this role is for you.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow client relationships in the SME segment
Source new business through open market leads
Promote financial products like Business Loans, LAP, CC, OD, Term Loans
Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
Maintain proper documentation and compliance
✅ Requirements
2+ years experience in Banking/NBFC (Loan Products)
Strong experience in field sales / open market sourcing
Good understanding of SME loan products
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
MBA / BBA / M.Com preferred
Must have a 2-wheeler for field work
