Relationship Manager – Sales & Client Success
Location: NSP, Delhi
Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Education: Graduate (Any Discipline)
Incentives: Up to 3% on High-Ticket Sales + Weekly Sales Contests
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Manager who can manage client relationships, drive sales conversions, and ensure strong customer engagement. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in tele-sales, lead management, and relationship building while consistently achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle tele-sales activities and interact with potential customers.
• Manage incoming leads and conduct timely follow-ups.
• Convert qualified leads into paying customers.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing clients.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
• Clearly communicate product value and benefits to clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales / Relationship Management.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to convert leads and achieve sales targets.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building ability.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and proactive in approach.
