About Zeassetz – The Vertical You’ll Join
Zeassetz is Zolo’s real estate asset and sales vertical. We work directly at project sites, managing walk-ins, guiding buyers, and converting interest into confident bookings.
This is not desk sales. This is on-ground, customer-facing, real closure-driven site sales.
You won’t inherit a perfectly running setup.
You’ll be expected to make the site work.

Role Overview – What This Role Is Really About

This role exists because someone must stand at the site and ensure that:
- Every walk-in is handled professionally
- Every customer understands the project clearly
- Every follow-up is done on time
- Every serious lead moves closer to booking
You are the face of the project. When a customer walks out of the site, leadership should be confident that: “They’ve spoken to someone who knows the project and can close.”
Your success is measured by:
- Walk-ins converting to bookings
- Clean follow-ups with no lead leakage
- Customers trusting what they’re told
- Targets being met — consistently
What You Will Practically Do Every Day
- Handle walk-in customers at the project site and understand their requirements
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers clearly
- Conduct site visits and apartment walkthroughs confidently
- Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and meetings
- Handle objections related to price, comparison, or timelines
- Structure deals and escalate for approvals when required
- Support customers with booking forms, documentation, and agreements
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and bookings
- Work closely with the Sales Manager and internal teams
- Contribute actively to monthly and project-level sales targets
