Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division for a Relationship Manager – CampusCredit (Sales). The Relationship Manager will build and nurture relationships with university and college stakeholders to promote CampusCredit services. Responsibilities include identifying partnership opportunities, directing sales efforts for education finance solutions, engaging in on-campus promotional activities, and analyzing stakeholder needs to provide customized financial solutions. The role also involves achieving sales targets while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to manage client relationships effectively
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or education finance solutions
- Understanding of financial products and their application within the EduFinance domain
- Project management and team collaboration abilities for coordinated on-campus activities
- Problem-solving and analytical skills for addressing stakeholder needs and achieving growth targets
- Proficiency in CRM tools and a data-driven approach to sales planning
- Experience in education, fintech, or related sectors is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline
