Job Title: Relationship Manager – Banca Sales
Location: Mumbai, MH
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive BFSI product sales through allocated bank branches.
- Build strong working relationships with Branch Managers and bank staff.
- Generate leads from the bank’s customer database.
- Conduct need-based customer meetings and product presentations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Ensure proper documentation and smooth onboarding process.
- Provide post-sales service and maintain long-term client relationships.
Candidate Profile:
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales / BFSI / Banking.
- Graduation in any discipline (mandatory).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Local candidate preferred with knowledge of Rajkot market.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
