💼 Role Overview
As a Relationship Manager, you will:
✔ Manage and nurture relationships with clients, investors & channel partners
✔ Understand client requirements and suggest the best investment opportunities
✔ Drive property sales from inquiry to successful closure
✔ Conduct site visits and coordinate with developers
✔ Handle client queries regarding projects, pricing & documentation
✔ Maintain strong follow-ups and CRM records
✔ Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities & new launches
🎯 What We’re Looking For
✅ Minimum 3+ years of experience in real estate sales/relationship management
✅ Strong communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills
✅ Proven track record in target-oriented sales
✅ Self-motivated professionals who can perform in a competitive market
✅ Knowledge of Gurgaon/Noida/Mumbai/Pune real estate markets will be an added advantage
