Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Management Manager based in Solapur. The role involves managing client relationships, offering tailored financial products and solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include acquiring, onboarding, and retaining clients, cross-selling banking products, identifying business opportunities, and resolving customer queries effectively. You will work closely with other teams to meet customer needs and achieve set targets.
Qualifications
- Skills in client acquisition, relationship building, and customer retention
- Proficiency in financial product knowledge and cross-selling techniques
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer satisfaction management
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales and business development targets
- Understanding of banking operations and regulatory guidelines
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred but not mandatory
- Experience in retail or commercial banking is an advantage
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and collaborative team environment
- Proficiency in relevant tools and software used in relationship management
