Role Description
The Relationship Manager - DM Channel will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing relationships with distribution partners while driving business growth. Responsibilities include onboarding new partners, providing business support, assisting in achieving sales targets, and resolving partner and client queries promptly. The role also involves ensuring compliance with company policies and generating performance reports. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.
Qualifications
- Strong relationship management and customer handling skills
- Knowledge of sales strategies and experience in meeting sales targets
- Proficiency in communication and negotiation techniques
- Understanding of insurance products and financial planning principles
- Ability to handle queries and provide solutions with a customer-first mindset
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and data analysis for performance tracking
- Ability to work in a team-oriented and collaborative atmosphere
- Prior experience in the insurance or financial services sector is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
