Role Overview
We are looking for a Relationship Manager to build and manage strong client relationships, ensure high customer satisfaction, and drive revenue growth through retention and upselling. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their business needs and helping them leverage communication solutions effectively.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Build and maintain long-term relationships
Ensure high client satisfaction and engagement
2. Client Onboarding & Support
● Assist clients with onboarding and initial setup
● Ensure smooth adoption of products (WhatsApp API, SMS, RCS, etc.)
● Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
3. Revenue Growth & Retention
● Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
● Ensure renewals and contract continuity
● Increase client usage and wallet share
4. Account Monitoring & Reporting
● Track client performance and usage metrics
● Share regular reports and insights with clients
● Proactively identify risks and opportunities
5. Coordination & Execution
● Work closely with sales, support, and technical teams
● Ensure timely resolution of client queries
● Maintain proper documentation in CRM Key Requirements
● Minimum 1 year of experience in client servicing, sales, or account management
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Basic understanding of B2B SaaS / communication platforms (preferred)
● Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks ● Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach Preferred Skills
● Experience in WhatsApp Business API, SMS, or CPaaS solutions
● Familiarity with CRM tools
● Understanding of B2B sales or customer lifecycle KPIs / Success Metrics
● Client retention rate (≥ 90–95%)
● Upsell / cross-sell revenue contribution
● Client satisfaction (CSAT ≥ 4.5/5)
● Response and resolution TAT
● Account growth and engagement
