Role Description
This full-time on-site Relationship Executive role is based in Varanasi. The Relationship Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, promoting financial products, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The daily tasks include engaging with customers, identifying their financial needs, offering suitable product solutions, and achieving sales and service targets. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and adhering to company policies and standards.
Qualifications
- Proven interpersonal and communication skills to establish strong customer relationships and provide excellent service
- Sales and marketing abilities, with experience in promoting financial products and achieving sales targets
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills to identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple customer interactions and meet deadlines
- Previous experience in financial services or a related field is highly desirable
- Proficiency in local languages is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a customer-focused mindset
