Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Executive based in Faridabad. The Relationship Executive will manage client relationships, act as a point of contact for customer queries, and ensure effective communication across key stakeholders. The role will also involve tracking client requirements, managing deliverables, and supporting business growth through client-driven strategies. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment and quality of services delivered.
Qualifications
- Strong relationship management and client servicing skills, including communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in analyzing data, conducting research, and preparing detailed reports for impactful decision-making.
- Knowledge of project management and the ability to monitor deadlines, deliverables, and resource utilization effectively.
- Experience in auditing, verification processes, and compliance-related tasks.
- Demonstrated ability in team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant software tools; understanding of industry-specific technologies is a plus.
- Candidate should hold a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with sectors such as Educational Institutions, Pre Schools.
