📌 Key Responsibilities:✅ Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential customers and leads
✅ Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups
✅ Convert leads into confirmed appointments / bookings / sales as per targets
✅ Ensure proper coordination between customers and internal teams
