Job Title : Relationship Executive – Financial Planning & Business Development
Location: Kottayam
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals to join our Financial Planning & Business Development team. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, client relationship abilities, and a passion for financial services and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up on leads and onboard new clients
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, appointments, references, and networking
- Build tie-ups with organizations and associations to conduct educational webinars, seminars, and lead generation activities
- Coordinate and execute various client acquisition and business development initiatives
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through calls and meetings
- Coordinate with financial planners and operations teams to ensure timely service and client satisfaction
- Support new client onboarding, documentation, and KYC-related processes
- Work closely with planners for service renewals and client retention activities
- Create, update, and maintain client/business reports in CRM systems
- Achieve business targets assigned by the reporting manager
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Sales or financial services experience will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM handling preferred
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
