I am currently looking to hire 2 driven and communicative Relationship Associates to join our team here in Mumbai. If you have a growth mindset and are obsessed with delivering exceptional customer experiences, let's connect!
What you will do:
1. Meet sales target milestones through Banks FOS.
2. Maintain strong relationships with the team in assigned Bank virtual center.
3. Increase customer awareness about Life Insurance solutions and drive cross-selling within the bank's customer base.
4. Train bank staff regularly on life insurance concepts and new product introductions.
What we are looking for:
1. A Graduate in any discipline.
2. 1 to 2 years of overall sales experience, with a minimum of 1 year in Banca/virtual channel, Life insurance sales management, bank distribution, Channel Management, and RM relationship.
3. Strong communication skills and a solid understanding of insurance products.
4. Experience with TOP companies is highly preferred.
