Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Associate role based in Lakhimpur. The Relationship Associate will be responsible for managing business relationships with clients, building strong and effective networks, providing excellent customer service, and analyzing customer needs to recommend suitable financial products or services. The individual will work closely with the team to achieve business targets and ensure client satisfaction.

- Proficient in Business Relationship Management and Relationship Building to effectively engage with clients and support their needs.
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess customer financial requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.

- Prior experience in financial services or a related field is an advantage.
