Relationship Advisor - Pre Sales (Real Estate)
Location: Kollur, Hyderabad (On-site)
Experience: Fresher – 1 Year
CTC: ₹3.5 LPA – ₹4 LPA

Job Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls based on lead volume and business requirements.
• Qualify customer requirements and maintain timely follow-ups.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits with prospective customers.
• Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the Experience Centre.
• Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and available inventory.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM.
• Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Achieve lead engagement, follow-up, and site visit targets.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.
Who Can Apply?
• Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
• Graduates from any discipline.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
• Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM is preferred.
• Willingness to work from the project site in Kollur.
