Role Description
We are seeking a Relations Manager for a full-time, on-site position located in the Pune District. The Relations Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and addressing their financial service needs. Responsibilities include identifying new client opportunities, managing communications, resolving client concerns, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless financial solutions. The Role will also include preparing reports and providing insights to improve client experiences and drive business success.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in building and maintaining client relationships, client engagement, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to address customer concerns effectively.
- Ability to analyze financial needs, identify opportunities, and recommend suitable financial solutions.

- Knowledge of financial products, loan processes, and compliance regulations is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred.
