The RoleWe are looking for a high-energy, persuasive, and analytically-minded Relations Management Intern to be the bridge between Vivahgo and our core stakeholders. This is a front-line role where you will actively grow our ecosystem by onboarding vendors and engaging with couples. You won’t just be making calls; you will be the "eyes and ears" of the company, translating real-world feedback into the strategic roadmap of our platform.
Key Responsibilities- Vendor Acquisition & Onboarding: Take the lead on cold calling potential vendors to pitch the Vivahgo value proposition and successfully onboard them onto the platform.
- Customer Engagement: Conduct outreach to active and potential customers to understand their wedding planning pain points and ensure they are maximizing the platform's features.
- Feedback Synthesis: Systematically collect qualitative and quantitative feedback from every interaction with vendors and customers.
- Product Strategy Drafting: Translate raw user feedback into actionable "improvement plans" for the engineering and design teams to enhance user experience and platform utility.
- Relationship Maintenance: Act as the primary point of contact for high-value partners, ensuring long-term retention and satisfaction within the Vivahgo ecosystem.
Commitments- Working hours: We take interns for a minimum of 16 hours per week, up to 40 hours.
- Availability: We expect you to be available and approachable during remote work.
- Reporting: Justify your time by making entries and keeping track of what you complete during your internship.
Qualifications- Exceptional Communication: Fluency in English and Hindi
- Persuasion Skills: Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections; you view every "no" as a step closer to a "yes."
- Analytical Mindset: The ability to look at a list of user complaints or suggestions and identify the 3-4 key changes that will have the biggest impact.
- The "Hustle" Mentality: Proactive and self-motivated; you don't wait for a list of leads, you find them.
- Educational Background: Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
