Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager/Relationship Officer based in Surat. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, understanding customer needs, providing guidance on housing finance solutions, and ensuring a seamless end-to-end lending process. The role also involves engaging with customers to drive business growth, liaising with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Customer-centric approach with problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to manage and maintain client interactions, resolve queries, and provide actionable solutions
- Experience or knowledge in housing finance, banking, or lending services is an advantage
- Sales and business development acumen to meet customer acquisition goals
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a target-driven environment
- Understanding of local market dynamics in Surat is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
